I have full on account and I couldn't buy rolling papers without a physical I.D. which was dumb in my opinion. What happens when digital ID comes out?

Staff working on Friday at 7:00 pm was the worst! I always buy at FIKA and this time I didn’t bring any ID with me since I have created an account with them showing my ID before and the staff would not reconsider even I have an account with them. Why? Do you allow minors to have an account with FIKA? Don’t you ask for ID’s before making the account? Worst staff…

Out of all of the dispensaries i’ve been to none have had as welcoming and a friendly environment as FIKA Union. They really seem on top of everything, giving great recommendations and giving even better in store experiences. Shoutout to the managers Sean, Maja, and Charlie!

Went to look at some CBD options for sleep and Craig was extremely helpful. Explained in detail what each thing meant and helped me find the right solution. If you have questions and want a knowledgeable and empathetic person - definitely ask for Craig!

Not sure about this place ID policy I picked up my orders so many times without getting asked for ID. Who knows they might mistakenly sold it to teens Update Oct 2025: I went to the store and the same thing happened again, nobody asking for ID
