I have the best experience here! They play the best music and have the best selection in downtown. My favourite Budtender is Lux, she is super sweet and very helpful.
Im a fully tatted in my face woman.. and I needed to have id to be served.. if im old enough to have face tattoos, I'm not old enough to purchase weed? And the bud tender was 100% younger than me.. also my kids stood outside so I could grab a pre roll before having a meal. Not impressed. Didn't even let me purchase. Not happy.

I don’t use these products but decided to visit them anyway because the name Fika Cannabis was interesting. I thought it was Swedish but turned out it is founded and run by a couple of Canadian guys who like the idea of Fika in Sweden. Fika means coffee break where you take time to hang out and socialize with friends as a break from work. It is a play on the word on the Swedish word kafi which means coffee. Really nice people who took the time to explain, very chill, polite and knowledgeable. I noticed that they treated all their customers very well and very respectfully. These guys are very passionate and knowledgable about their business so I decided to write them a review even though I don’t use these products. The whole place was just very classy, and they did a good job making it feel very Scandinavian. Bright with very good information displayed. I was there twice today and both times they were just extremely professional and friendly with everybody who visited, including some who had a lot of questions. I don’t know much about cannabis but I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a classy place for their purchases.
Extremely unprofessional. They never check id and in front of me they selling weed to a kid who almost looked minor. I will complaint about this store this is against the law
By far the best dispensary in the downtown area. Staff has been very helpful each time I have been to the location. If you are new to cannabis or a vet they have you covered, staff listens to your preferences and often introduces you to products you may not have picked on your own. Small things like good music and the convivence of the location paired with the quality of service has made this my go to spot.
Extremely rude staff, the blonde girl and the guy with long hair completely disrespected us. Do not recommend shopping here, there are so many better stores around this store and their staff are helpful and with good customer service. Manager should definitely teach the staff about basic human decency!
