I had been shopping at Fire and Flowers since 2023 and never had a problem until June 18th 2025. I ordered my flowers online and paid online.so I went to pick them up after work and the cashier (brown guy) who was working there told me I hadn’t paid. I showed my credit card transaction to prove that I paid, but he said it didn’t confirm that I paid. So then I showed him my online receipt, and yet he insisted I didn’t pay till he refreshed the website. Boom- it shows "paid", then he knew he had messed it up. So, instead of apologizing, he started giving me an attitude by banging my product on the counter. Since then, I stopped going to Brock Ave and started shopping at Kindling for free delivery, better price and quality.
Been going here for a long while now... store is always clean... staff super excellent all of them... when I can walk in and they know what I want right away it's awesome.... I want to give this store a 100% amazing service review... and the fact they have a recycle program makes it all worth while.... Keep up the amazing service and good vibes....
Fantastic fantastic staff! Cannot say enough excellent things about this location. They are super knowledgeable, always greet us with a genuine smile, and have excellent wide spread selection of delicious pre rolls. Highly reccomend!
Today, February 10th, 2025 I went into the Brock avenue and queen street west location. I purchased my regular stuff and got a 20•\• discount for my stuff. Bilal S. Waited on me. Very pleasant and wow, I left my phone, with my credit card and I.d., in it. I was 2 blocks away. I heard Catherine and low and hehold it was him, Bilal with my phone. What kind of service is that. Very impressed.
Good prices and staff but that 6 items at a time wall menu is annoying. Just post your full menu like everyone else, a cheap chalkboard would be better .
I've been in a couple times and spoke with Paula V. She has given me a couple recommendations I really enjoyed! She's so helpful and very pleasant to speak with.
Was so happy when I found this amazing gem near my work place! So convenient, the staff are so helpful with suggestions and new products (especially Emily, my amazing green savant). I love the area and this new addition is just the icing on the cake!! 10/10 gold stars you guys!! You deserve it!!
