Wow! It takes a lot to impress me these days, but F&F went above and beyond in regular service, attentive, communication the way, delivery was in a few hours and the driver was extremely polite and professional. I will definitely be ordering again. 5*
Got a cart that was burnt tasting on purchase, they swapped it out for me. Bought a more expensive cart before a training weekend 5 hours out of the city, got to the destination to find the cart was completely empty in the packaging. When I returned home I went in to see if they'd just swap it for another, after doing the refund process, they inform me it'll take 5-7 days to get the funds. Can't afford another cart until that happens. The problematic carts obviously aren't the stores fault, but the way they handled it could have been better. Offer me a straight swap, maybe a free pre-roll for all the BS. Won't get any more of my money.
I just went to the store today, looking for some Blunts to relax, I ask this guy (his name is Akish) for some recommendations, never smiled at me eventhough I arrived smiling, that's not the case but I felt something off... He comes back with this boxhot pack of 3 tokyo snow I arrive home light up the first one and it doesn't work it's tear I search for them online and they have 1 Star for the same reason people having trouble with them lol how you gonna recommend something that once you look in the computer has in opinions almost only 1 stars... unbelievable
A couple employee are great, manger definitely has a rude approach, no smile, no positivity, definitely tries to give a “I’m better than you” vibe when the customers just trying to buy something from their regular store. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Rather stop smoking completely than return here.
Terrible Customer Service Today! Service Rep: blasting gangster musice, when I walked in, swearing non stop! On top of that could not answer questions very well (looks like he's the only one working today) #TERRIBLE
I came into the store not really knowing what I was looking for . Akash was able to break everything down for me in a way that was impossible to not understand! I left the store feeling confident happy and knowledgeable. Thank you Akash I hope to see you Soon I will be exclusively Shopping at Fire and Flower stockyards from now on !
Normally have great things to say about this place. Rushed over after work to make it before they closed. Made it with 5 minutes to spare. Get there doors are locked. Incredibly rude employee answers the phone “yea we’re closed” no greatinf or anything. I say “well it says you close at 10” to which he replies rudely “yea well when our system is down”. Incredibly rude. Try putting a sign in the door. Or answering the phone politely and apologizing for the inconvenience. Will not be back.
