Really appreciate how fast the pick-up orders are processed here, meanwhile you have dispensaries out there that take hours to grab like three things. So thank you for that!
Nice folks, but just bought a quarter of Durban Poison that's a half year old and I'm getting higher on lighter fumes than the weed. Total waste of $70. I now have an aversion to the place. Went back for refund or partial store credit and got neither. Once opened they said, that's it. Insist on fresh. Felt like I've been cheated. Chanced a different brand. $40 for 3.5g and piss poor high. This shop is cursed with bad weed. Never going back. I'm the fool. I been fooled. Twice, shame on me.
I can’t recommend you to buy anything from this spot. Sticks and stems with no moisture pack in their oz bags. The presences of such an amount of stems indicates a rushed trimming process and a reduction in usable product as such I’d say the product sold is overpriced. Furthermore I’d recommend you head to value bud or any other dispensary instead Oz bag purchased. East cann choppers pick
This is by far my favourite dispensary. The people that work here take the time to care for you and get you the products you're needing. Unfortunately it's just unsafe. There is no security to protect shoppers or staff. Just last night around 6pm, a man assaulted the two women working, throwing a platic barrier while the women did what they could to protect themselves, while still getting hurt. Even a simple lock on the door would help keep the people working here safe.... Please do the bare minimum to show you care about your staff by at least putting in a lock if you won't hire a guard.
This location is filled with great staff; however, it’s simply not safe. I watched 2 staff members get assaulted today (labor day) around 6pm. A homeless man created a scene and proceeded to throw all the posters and acrylic signs all over the place, hitting the staff in the neck. I was standing right behind the man witnessing the entire thing and it was insane. The staff were both women and had no security to protect them in an area with high levels of drug usage etc. idk how a dispensary has no security and this was the perfect example of why it’s needed.
The customer service is very bad. Staff was so rude and did not want to help at all. They were also misinformed about their own products and did not care about that at all. Never going back there!
Always a pleasure visiting this place. Update: Been visiting this place just roughly over 2 years and since then I have noticed their customer service has really gone down the drain. I wonder if it’s because managements a bit of a power tripper? That lady at the counter is ALWAYS RUDE and UNWELCOMING. I don’t think I’ll ever visit this place ever again.
