Unfortunately, I had a less than stellar experience shopping at this location. I'm not sure if it was just a bad day or what, but the store displays were quite jumbled and messy. The service I received was also quite lacking, as the lady, with short hair, who served me did not seem to know much about her stock, or about relatively common products I asked about. I doubt I will be returning. You shouldn't either. Go to Canna Cabana or Green Merchant.
Pleasant experience. Dog-friendly—even had treats! Didn’t feel pressure to buy anything. Nice artwork collection. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Relaxed environment.
I don't know what came into me asking the staff person if I could take their picture. Anyways, he said please, no to me which instantly made me feel weird and creeped out by my own actions so I'll probably be avoiding here for quite some time
Went in once and never looked back. The staff,especially Christine, are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Christine always takes the time to answer all of my questions, which I appreciate a lot. The store itself is very clean and all their products are well displayed in the cases. Love their loyalty program as well! Keep up the great work!
I moved to the neighbourhood and alternated between the four local dispensaries but stuck with this one. Prices and selection are good but it's the staff that make it, I could go down the street and maybe get a slightly better deal, but I would rather come here for a better interaction.
Grabbed a grinder & stash jar for my GF for Xmas and she loved it! The team there was super helpful and gave great recommendations. I'll definitely be back!
Super friendly knowledgable staff, I was the first customer here and was a great experience. If you are only familiar with the OG Friendly Stranger on Queen St, the times have changed the new location most certainly sells cannabis. The nearest other shop to them is Canvas which is close to Pape Station, why not mix it uo and visit this new store.
