This place shouldn’t be called a dispensary, it’s more like a badly-run garage sale with fluorescent lights. The “price match policy” is straight-up comedy. They advertise it like they’re doing something big, then make every excuse on earth to avoid honouring it. It’s basically a scam with a smile. If you want respect, decent service, or employees who know what’s going on, go anywhere, ANYWHERE else. This spot is a write-off.
I had a terrible experience. A female employee yelled at me to leave the store while I was deciding what to buy and speaking Portuguese with a friend of mine. I had a valid ID with me, but after that, I decided not to buy anything from that place.
Great staff, very knowledgeable and polite unlike the Cannabis store across the street for them. I recommend them to all my cannabis lover friends. Great addition to the neighbourhood!

Great service the past two times I’ve been here, but a worker told my friend she “needs more clothes” because she was wearing a crop top. Would’ve left five stars if that hadn’t happened
Customer service was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had an issue getting a product to work and they immediately went out of their way to help resolve it. My experience was so good that I’ll definitely be purchasing all my products at green merchant from now on.
Great store to grab bud! The guys working there were super friendly and knew their stuff. Got a really good vibe from the place! I think the prices are better than the big chains like honey pot and Tokyo smoke. Looks like this will be my new go to place for weed!
