LOVE LOVE LOVE coming here!!! This store is PRISTINE quality, clean, and the customer care is UNMATCHED. I feel welcomed in the stores environment , and like it’s a second home. The owner is such a sweetheart and makes me feel safe as someone in the LGBTQ+ community ! :)) ?❤️ I hope this store can continue to be the escape to my happy place, and it’s my new favourite store!!! I’d give 10 stars if i could!!
Sweetest little store, jam packed with products. It's has got a little scrolling monitor, but more importantly, knowledgeable helpful staff. There is an awards program too. Recommend.
I'm a regular at this store because of their staff. Period. The three ladies and the three gents that have met are always helpful; I try getting something different or finding something that suits me for that day, and giving their opinion is always appreciated. You don't have to be the kindest to provide an excellent service. All of them provide excellent service. The store on 2103 Yonge is the opposite, especially that guy with glasses and long hair that's doing us a favor to exist. Evidently you're better than that, Hunny Pot. I know so.

Been a regular customer at this dispensary for months, and the very kind gentleman with darker skin has served me every time. I provided my ID to him and honestly with my facial hair and construction hat he can clearly tell that I am well above 19 years of age. 5/5 stars on his part, he is one of the better budtenders that’s ever served me. Until today, where two rude ladies I’ve never seen before have the audacity to laugh in my face when I told them I didn’t have my ID. Respectfully, I’ll go to any of the 100 dispensaries within the 1km radius. Nobody is begging for average product @ 20% markup price. I think your employees need a better handle on their job title; how to properly distinguish people’s ages and learn some respect in how they talk to people. Selling the product is 1/2 the battle ladies.
Wowoweewa, every time I go to the Summerhill location, the staff are sooo helpful and nice. The store always has a good stock and I’m always happy with my purchases. The reason I like this location though is 100% the staff. They are so knowledgeable and make amazing recommendations. Hunny Pot, please give kudos to the staff for being awesome.
