Unfortunately I have to change my review. They sell garbage here. I've smoked ditch weed better than the last crap they gave me. Couldn't get a refund either because of card policy, and they wouldn't exchange for something of equal value. That's their issue though. They really shouldn't sell garbage weed in the first place.
Thank You Benjamin! I went in exhausted & needed something for sleep & he knew the exact thing. Then I asked for something chill & automatic rec'. I even asked if the drink rec' had coloring (b/c whitening lol) & he asked the manager in 2 secs. Really cool guy & made me laugh. Thanks again!
I had an amazing experience at this location. The staff was incredibly fun and welcoming, and I want to give a special shoutout to Waseem. He was so professional and knowledgeable about all the products and took his time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place for great products and top-notch customer service
This is my main go to, the employees are very knowledgeable, and there's a lot to know. I had an issue with a vape cartridge and they were very helpful!
Most of the time they’re really nice and friendly, but there has been a few times that I go there five minutes to closing and I do not get service, Why have an open sign if you’re not gonna be opened? Next time I’ll just go across the street …There open And serve you, not to mention its 10x larger and better products.
I've been shopping here regularly for more than a year and a half. The staff has been beyond nice. They make me feel at home and suggest new products or flavours that I end up loving. Very cool people. It's my favourite pot shop in the city and I've tried a lot of them.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile and a hello! The gentleman working the counter asked me if I was looking for anything in particular.
