Super friendly staff, sucked to see them getting harassed about ID policies. It's no different from a bar or the LCBO guys, just bring it and be prepared to show it. They even have it helpfully posted at the door.

Unprofessional and unenthusiastic staff. You can tell most of them are annoyed and hate their job. Came in last week on June 5th around 3pm, the music was very loud and one of the staff was talking very slow and almost inaudible, felt that he did it on purpose as when some client that he knew walked in he raised his tone to say hi pretty loud and clear. Felt very disrespectful, had to walk out and go to the shop near by. Also the variety of products is not the greatest though pretty pricey, don’t recommend coming here.
