Tristan was less than friendly as a matter of fact. When I asked him a question our first interaction, he was rather snarky, did not say thank you did not say goodbye. Basically pretty crappy customer service. For ten o'clock in the morning and the beginning of a shift, I hope his day improves, and he's nicer to other people
The POS adds 4dollars to ur order,and then when u notice, they cant refund on debit they give u cash,but only if u catch them, otherwise they are scamming u.DO NOT SHOP HERE, LOOK AT YOUR BILL
Derick was very helpful and fully transparent. He explained details and provided good insight about the product before I made an informed decision. Overall, an excellent experience.
Clean and bright location, good prices, and great staff (particularly Derick, who I witnessed being extremely patient and amiable with the customer ahead of me). Will be sure to frequent this location more often.
Was looking at the site to save time in the store and Tristan found what I was after real quick and saved me some money by asking if i had a membership to which I do.
This location is not managed well. I had an issue with a refund and the person working could not figure it out and was visibly frustrated (seemed to me to be with the management of the store) so the manager: Joshua, was supposed to call me but never did so I had to go back. I gave them another chance and bought 3 of the “Papa’s Herb Kief Coated Diamond Infused Joint” (great for sleep btw!) and one was sealed but empty so I left a message for the manager and then went it to get it replaced. The employee at the front: Cres was lovely and did her best but the manager had not left instructions so she couldn’t help me and now I had to make another trip to get this resolved. I went back and luckily, Sam was working because there was still no message from Joshua…Sam just replaced the product and was going to deal with the paperwork later. Sam was amazing so I might continue to shop there.
