A little disappointed because their hours say open till 10pm but when I got there at 9:55 they were already closed. If you close at 9:55 then posting misleading times is a bummer for people who walked in the cold to get there.
Tina was kind, patient, informative, and friendly. The selection is always great at One Plant and Tina definitely knew her stuff and helped navigate the selection!

I went to go visit the store on April 10th at 12:05 I've been there a couple of times but never had an interaction like I had today I don't know if her name was Kayla or Caitlin but she does have a couple of piercings on her face long eyelashes and beautiful long black and blonde hair just wanted to give her a compliment cuz I thought she was fantastic and just has wonderful customer service
