An extremely nice pot shop with incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff. A huge selection of products and auxiliary items to go with it. It is worth checking out even to see the bud sculpture in their beautiful building.
Employees don't know anything about their products or what they sell! If you ask what's good they will say they don't know! I asked for a nice pack of prerolls that wont disappoint me because I've had countless bad experiences with prerolls. An employee could not help me, so when I asked myself if a preroll was good, they confidently claimed "oh yeah its great ive never heard any complaints" They barely light! They are packed so tight I cant get a single puff off of them! And then when they do light, they canoe half way down the side! Terrible experience and I won't be coming back here again
I have been shopping with one-plant for almost 3years since i tried it at kensington but since the younge street was opened i have had the best experience thanks to Hriday always suggests me the best strains also goes beyond he idea to give me the best recommendations possible. The people who work here are very nice and helpful and i truly appreciate them. I bought a pack today tho and i happened to be a bit short…. Just a gram… but i bought an ounce expecting it to be what i bought…. I usually dont have problems with my packs coming in short. But i guess today aint my lucky day !

The ipad kiosks is not fully functional other than to look at what this location has to offer. I pointed that out to Dashiell about it. He was pretty honest about the kiosks not working fully, which I'm glad he did, and he double checked my order just to make sure the specific order I wanted was correct in the system. Easy process overall, but I hope the kiosks work better in my future visits.
