I was just in there vape shope and the lady behind the counter had no idea what she was selling and had no information on anything in the store. I asked her if they had Caliburn G2 pods. She says yes rings me out and then proceeds to open the box and gives me 4 Caliburn A2 pods. I say those are not what I asked for and she says sorry I can't return them and points to the box she opened. So now I am stuck with the wrong pods and my current pod is barely working. Stay away from that place, it's overpriced and they don't even know what they are selling you. I still have no idea why the lady opened the package before handing it over in the first place.
i received cannabis packaged a year and half ago and the staff refused to refund it because i found out after i opened it (all dry)and even though i didn’t touch any of it, disappointing
Worst dispensary ever. Staff has no knowledge and is unaware of their inventory. The girl was watching something on her phone and seemed more regards to do be on her phone then anything else
Excellent and quick customer service! They also have members points, so you can get a discount once you gather enough points. When it comes to the products, they have many options to choose from. I will be going back there very soon! Nice spot. Lovely people.
This store is quite disappointing. The manager and staff make promises they fail to keep, and rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes, the manager shifts the blame onto team members or even customers, claiming, "I couldn't have shared that information." Maybe the owner was present in the store and he didn’t want to own up. They promise to have your preferred strain in stock by the next week, urging support as a new store in the area, yet they fail to show the same appreciation in return. When it comes to pricing, Rosebud, a nearby store, offers much better deals. In short, avoid this store at all costs and choose any other option.
Great store great prices two minute walk from the residence in downtown. This is my go to place when I stay there. Big shout out to the guy running the place when I was there. Cool, dude knew exactly what I needed.
We went here multiple days and got the best pre rolls and vapes. Everything we got we fought over because it was so good. Friendly staff and deals for good customers. Recommend for all travellers.
