So I made a review on this dispensary I gave it a two-star rating but I recently went there and had a positive experience with the person that I did not have a positive experience with so I'm definitely coming here to change my review because my perspective has definitely changed on the customer service keep it up guys
Love this store! The staff are super friendly, and they offer a great variety. I also loved the decorations! Plus, the location is excellent. Thumbs up! keep the good vibes coming
Such a lovely spot! They have a beautiful patio that’s perfect for relaxing, and the vibe is chill and welcoming. A big shoutout to Nad super helpful and genuinely kind, made the whole experience even better! The food, wine, and overall atmosphere were all solid. 10/10, definitely recommend trying this place. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
This was my favorite store, but then I had a rather unpleasant experience with one of the salespeople. I don’t know his name, but it was a guy with long hair. Since then, we haven’t been going to that store, even though all the other salespeople are really nice people.
Tried to scam me by charging for a higher priced item and encouraging me not to get a receipt. I got one and checked it. I'm sure they are pocketing the difference. Whoever runs this place should fire these scammers.
I have been going to plug for the past year. Each time I swing by plug, I make sure Mark is there to help educate me with many products. I am shocked each time I get introduced to different items that I had no idea existed! The last thing I tried was this tasty cannabis trail mix that didn’t disappoint! It’s people like Mark that are the reason I the drive to plug!
Staff are top-notch, friendly, knowledgeable and always there to help as qualified budtenders. I live around the corner and it's my go-to store. Once in awhile I might have to visit a competitor due to lack of stock, but it's rare and I always come back..I'm loyal like a puppy.
