I visited recently looking for very specific strains, and Francis absolutely exceeded every expectation. His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help were truly impressive. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and recommended two perfect strains—Highxotic Purple Zombie and Rocket Factory Exotic Matter. I left beyond satisfied and incredibly grateful for the level of service he provided. Francis went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Give this man a raise. This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back! Highly recommend!
Surprisingly rude and terse conversation with the male employee today. While I’ve been to this store only once before the employees back then were really pleasant so it was a shock to be treated like this. Employee did not respond to a simple hi, did not seem interested in answering my questions, snapped back at me and seemed to want the conversation to end as quickly as possible which is strange since he spent ages talking to the customer before me. Maybe I offended him in some way but I doubt it since the conversation was short.
Best customer service ever. 1st time yesterday will definitely be regular. Update: Chris needs more customer service skills. The guy can't be rude then when I got rude back he pulled the entitled "I don't feel safe I refuse to serve you please leave. happened Victoria Day. Then he kept saying call manger 5 times like some sort of challenge. Lol I can throw a stick and hit a weed shop.
Pops cannabis has always been a great experience from the first day I walked in there , very knowledgeable staff , super friendly , and they care about what the customer feed back is. Really dope spot i stop by there any chance I get , they always got the good craft product ?
I had a very disappointing customer service experience today. Compared to the other cannabis store nearby, Canvas Cannabis, which is only a couple of minutes away, this location falls short in many ways—especially in customer service. Canvas Cannabis is far superior in both quality and how they treat their customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.
From out of town and they did not have our regular items but the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable and found us a product I would argue is better than our usual
The staff here is the main reason I keep coming back! Pearl, Paris and Marie! Patient, professional, genuine and fun! Always super friendly and helpful going above and beyond! The Nintendo is a great old-school edition and gives the place a lot of character but the best part about this store is the staff! Thank you ?
