Ordered on uber eats and when I called the store THROUGH THE UBER EATS APP they stated they didn’t deliver on uber eats. I stated that they should remove their store off the uber eats app and was met with a rude response on the other end from who was working. I had just spent $70 on stuff from their store that they never had any intention of delivering, however I got a notification saying they were preparing the order; this means they had accepted the order, planned on taking the money, and never delivering the items.
Thank goodness Josh was here, the selection here is so vast! He was very patient with me and we went through several strains together before we landed on the best one for me. I will definitely be back :)
I am sorry to leave this negative review because the dispensary as a whole has earned a 5 star review. However, your most recent hire has lost you a loyal customer. I have had two disappointing, disrespectful, and ego driven interactions with her. If the cultural shift of this dispensary is to drive business away then you are right on track. I will be emailing management to go further into detail and present a case to release this ungrateful employee. This review will be removed after confirmation of her termination. Godspeed sweetheart!
First time going there today. I didn't really had a good experience went there today, and the girl staff gave attitude knowing that I'm a new member I asked a question do you have any freebies? She act like she doesn't know what I'm talking about I say stickers or you know anything she goes "it's right there"it was just pure attitude and her tone... great sales but your customer stuff needs work. Be kind be nice! Remove the tip I don't tip attitude ! I also ask her which one of the items are on sale. I told her I was just visually impaired and then she point it out to me that rude! she didn't even really tell me what effects properly like she was in a rushes meanwhile I was the only one there! yeah she has no expertise nor respect and she doesn't know how to treat customers properly! I'm unsure if I'll ever go back because of this matter.
There are a lot of great pot shops in the area but the dude with the dreads here completely ruined this shop for me. He is rude, snarky and makes the experience absolutely terrible. I will not be buying from this shop anymore, simply because the guy serving me needs to learn how interact with humans with a positive attitude. I highly recommend everyone to go to honeypot which is a block away
Beautiful store, very friendly and knowledgeable owner, and good prices! Great addition to the fort York neighbour hood. Also, personally excited to support an Asian small business :)
Welcoming and wonderful shop with amazing service and wide selection of drinks too! Will be returning for sure to this location and glad to see it in the neighbourhood vs the large chains.
