Been a customer since the opening and have never had a bad experience. Layout is cool and unique and staff is super genuine and knows their stuff. Britney always puts a smile on my face with her infectious energy and Krystal is very friendly and stops at nothing to assure I’m getting the best product.
All the staffs are good except one white lady with the specs, we are all humans shits happens in our life sometimes we won’t be a good mood to speak much all other but here all other staffs are good are cheering our mood and providing exceptional customer service but this women and her attitude trash need to fire her immediately
Great store with a wide selection to choose from. Every time I visit, Colin delivers top-tier customer service it’s clear he takes pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers feel comfortable and well-informed. Highly recommend!
I would love to thank Collin from this location for being such an amazing help during the horrible snow storm we had a couple weeks ago. Upon me rushing in due to an 86yr old elder struggling to get his car through the parking lot snow; shovelling himself out with wheel chair pedals, Collin was able to provide us a shovel and then came to help himself. Noticing a few other stuck in those moments he also helped them! So I salute Collin again and would continue to reward him with coffees when I see him lol. Salute to all of your employees. They’re always amazing.
Way over priced, and for what? You can get the exact same product for $18 a 2 minute drive away that you will pay $25 for here. Unless you walk to this store, there’s no reason to go
I love this store, I love the aesthetic they have great products! Their menu is always up to date and the customer service is FANTASTIC! My favourite employee is their store mascot Pearl! She’s so adorable and so sweet! The staff are all so friendly and great!
