no one ever answers the phone and while I might have wanted to shop local and with a Canadian family, as there is 0 customer service I went elsewhere and spent my $300 with someone else. Easy to do in this day and age. There is 0 point having a phone number if no one answers it nor can you leave a message it just hangs up after about 5 minutes of ringing. I will not be attempting these clowns again as there are a lot of other options out there, it's a pity but them's the breaks.

This is probably the best dispensary in the city. Udaimann and the rest of the team are always extremely helpful? The store always smells clean as hell too which is definitely a nice touch. If you need to grab some bud in the Fairbank area - this is THE go to spot!
Pretty quick customer service when I had an issue. I purchased a vape it was not what I expected. They brought me a replacement product that was really good and up to my expectations super fast . Thank you I recommend you give them a chance
