Ok, first of all I am. Not a smoker I wasn’t after the THC buzz, went in for CBD isolate information to help with joints and inflammation. Spoke with a young lady who was extremely knowledgeable and made some great recommendations with taking time to explain to a novice like me. Wow she recommended a CBD isolate and cream that worked overnight. Seriously, thank you.
Always have a great time when visiting here, staff is friendly and every time i go they’re more than willing to help with anything. Addie always gives good recommendations for whatever you need. Also, they’ve got the best prices- I feel like before Tokyo was one of the most expansive stores but they’ve definitely knocked down the price. And did it without taking off quality, which is great.
I normally don’t write reviews but this location always has fun promotions going on and this is me entering for a chance to win a Yeti Cooler. Michael and Cora were lovely and personable. Didn’t leave a question unanswered and even made great product recommendations that I ended up loving. I’ve been coming here for years and Yorkville Tokyo Smoke has always been clean, tidy, and comfortable. Their speed of service is impressive since I’ve never waited too long in line. Their prices are reasonable and I’m genuinely very happy with my experiences here!
I had a great experience!! All due to the fact that Iris was so helpful and had extensive product knowledge, was so kind, patient & informative. Would highly recommend 10/10!
They charged me for the wrong product and when I pointed it out, they told me I would have to pay again for the right product and I would not receive the refund for the wrong item for 3-4 days, when I told them it was a huge inconvenience to have my money held for 3-4 days and I wouldn’t be buying the item anymore, the lady LAUGHED at me and said a sarcastic “we’ll have a great day!” No apology, no sympathy whatsoever even though it was completely their fault, I get that mistakes happen, but in my opinion the lady that “handled” the mistake was very rude and condescending. The word “sorry” was clearly not in that woman’s vocabulary. Won’t be back.
I want to commend Tee from Tokyo Smoke at Cumberland and Bellair in Toronto. Having never purchased Cannabis products and looking for some help for sleeping post knee surgery, Tee could not have been more patient, helpful and professional. She counselled me on a recommendation and help me navigate the Dutchie website. Thank you to her and to Tokyo Smoke.
This is a good store, but this review is for the guy working here on June 2 evening (around 7pm), who just decided to shout on me and my friend saying that “we can’t be here”. This was him assuming that we were underage, without even checking our IDs. The audacity to shout across a store full of people. And once he checked he found that we are well above the age limit, may be even older than him. But he didn’t even bother to apologize for this behaviour.
