There are dozens of cannabis stores in my area that make me feel welcome and give me a smile when I walk in. This is the only one where I immediately got a negative vibe from the employee. No smile. Not friendly. Maybe I just caught her on a bad day, but it doesn't make me want to go back. It wasn't like this when the store used to be called Spirit Leaf.
Name change is crazy value buds... we love spirit leaf. Like dam spirit leaf it is. No more of this no frills value look?? bring back the name and spirit its more then money.
Disappointing to say the least... Staff is great to deal with always friendly and welcoming but quality has been on the decline. Just purchased a new strain I haven't tried before and when I tore the the bag seal open I found a Ziploc bag packed inside the packaging... It also doesn't smell like bud but more like someone sprayed PineSol on it as it has a cleaning product chemical smell to it. Shame I won't be shopping here anymore for bud..
Ordered a 3 pack pre-roll, opened it at home and only received 1.. when I went to get an exchange they gave me a hard time about it.. bad experience, used to like the store now I feel the budtenders are just peddlers who don’t care about good customer service.
Love this place it's my only place to go to for all my needs smoke editables seeds nutrients the list goes on the staff that work there are highly trained willing to help u friendly they treat u like family I highly recommend this place
Went in today around 7:30pm, both workers there we so nice. Like really great customer service skills and the girl was able to give me good recommendations immediately. She was very kind and friendly. Price was pretty good too.
Jordan Riizzo from the moment I entered the business I knew I would need a patient knowledgeable person to help because my knowledge was zero. He stayed with me went over all the products that would help me and sure enough trying different CBD oils mostly but the drinks are delicious too.
