The person behind the counter said they did not have the product in stock while I had to point it out it’s there I asked for 2 she didn’t even wanna give one. Imagine if it’s not in my site it would be waste of gas and time. I think I would’ve dealt with the situation better. In low income neighborhoods like that you gotta atleast have a positive energy. Almost 100$ transaction.
My first monthly visit, was in June 2024, and right away I was impressed by the well-lit (pardon the pun) lighting, quick, friendly & very helpful service. Who knew a quarter-ounce was so affordable?! Oh, and I love the convenient location, that's across the street from the Main subway station.
The lady new to Canada here told me it's the law to ID anyone under the age of 40. I think she needs to redo her CanSell certificate and reread store compliance.
Prices are good but have had 3 cartridges fail from them before half way through they started leaking. Complained and was told it's my battery. Bought a new one and still had problems. Even though they say ' come back if you have problems ' they don't honor their word. Was told im sol. Probably aren't storing the product properly or it's too old.
What a bunch of failures. The last two times I've gone the staff either had no clue what I was looking for until I spelt it out for them 3 times and this is the second time they've sold me popcorn bud! You cannot sell things like that representing it as a whole flower package. Everybody knows that. Stick your local guy, these kids are completely infuriating
They don't honor the prices they have on their walls in the store and customer service was not pleasant. When you complain online you don't get a response. It's been almost 2 months and no word yet. With so many locations you expect better.
Since I've lived in the area (1 year) I've gotten to know the staff here at Danforth. It's been the same staff the entire time; rare these days. I wonder if that says something about their competency and ability. My experience has been absolutely great. They remember what I liked, what I've tried and didn't like (today the manager reminded me of the different experience I had with each flavour of a particular brand because I had forgot- now that is the epitome of customer service) and their recommendations have always been very helpful. Thank yous for being yous.
