Asking a 45 years old for ID I didn't have my license with me and i show a photo and they kick me out my friend went in , and I couldn't even stay next to door she said go outside wait and in the cold for my friends in very rude , hire your emplyees better way
Been coming here for 2 years but these guys are not truthful, every time I come and have enough points for rise rewards they say u don’t have enough points. While I just checked on the app I do never going to this location
Great place to shop. Always something amazing on sale and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They got my 5 stars ++ because on Halloween they were playing Christmas carols - a truly ghoulish experience and honestly totally unexpected Thank you! Made me and all the other customers laugh out loud when it was pointed out
Just been going here the last couple months, and I wish I could remember the employees names that i dealt with but all in all, 20/10 experience. amazing customer service, amazing knowledge on product, I'm a customer that likes to be in and out quick and every single time I've been provided that and with the exact product I wanted. Couldn't recommend this specific location enough. Been to a few others in the area but this one is ultimately the best one I ever been to in general. Thanks again and whom ever hires these employees, you've got a amazing team.
Just got some pretty bad service from a chubby kid with glasses, seemed to almost take it personally that I didn’t immediately understand how to read the product board. Pretty crappy attitude giving off the vibe that he really doesn’t want to be there or be bothered to help you, do better team, not a pleasant visit, only the good product pricing earned you a 2nd star
The guy I had recomend me weed literally recommended me the thing he was saying he was avoiding for me to buy. Antsy and paranoid weed. Guess he didn't like the upside down flag. It was at noon on Wednesday. It was a chubby fella. White dude. Trash customer service. May never come back here
