Hour+ breaks during business hours, completely unacceptable. This is a theme with this franchise and every location seems to understaff or not care. The prices are good, sure but if you make your way to their location and it’s shuttered during business hours for over an hour at a time it’s not worth even bothering to show up to see if they’re open. There are other more reliable shops
Just went in and asked if I could see the product before purchasing... He was sooo rude and abruptly stated "what for" and didn't let me see it. I asked to see the package because I have been sold the wrong item in the past - he made me feel like a criminal. Please learn your clientele and don't be so rude. We are buying weed to relax, not deal with your attitude - customer service is needed.
Used to be able to browse the product. Now you have to scan a barcode to view an online menu. What’s the point of a retail location if you have to go to a website to see information. Employee was super rude about the whole thing. I walked out without bothering. Will not return

Such an awesome shop! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Love the look of the store and a great selection. If you grew up watching Supermarket Sweep then you'll have a great sense of nostalgia.
The nail biting anticipation was so worth it for this shop! Didn't think we needed another weed store in Toronto, but Superette almost doesn't count because it doesn't feel like anything else. I'm always pleasantly surprised with every new shop that they build — this one is like a vintage Italian cafeteria vibe, and I could spend all my time in here just looking at all the cool stuff.
