All of the staff here are great. Specifically wanted to mention Jenna. She has such a kind, warm energy and she is always amazing with our dog Niko. Have ran into to her out in public and she is always a joy to chat with. She has great product recommendations, we keep coming back to this location for Jenna.
I had a terrible experience at this store. The service was absolutely unacceptable. One of your employees was extremely rude to me, mocking and insulting me as I was leaving. I left feeling very upset and disrespected. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they don’t want their mood and their entire day ruined. Truly awful
HORRIBLE customer service, I’d avoid this location and will NOT be going back, your employee rude, had zero suggestions and seemed annoyed that I was even there which almost made me walk out and I should have. I even asked since they didn’t have what I normally purchase from Value Buds. Was rude the entire interaction from when I went to the store and left. Didn’t even say have a nice day back. I’d rather go out of my way a little to go to a location where the staff are helpful, friendly and most of all just nice? Unlike this employee. Annoyed and unhelpful when I asked about the rewards program when other stores have all promptly told me about it whenever cashing out. I’ve managed stores/businesses for years and employees like this are why you don’t have repeat customers. Bottom line I regret giving that store ANY business and I hope this review will spark some change in your store to be in line with how other Value Buds employees treat customers. The main and Danforth location is 1000% better in terms of customer service and making you feel welcome in their store. SATURDAY: 9:30am employee name not shown, but heavy set brown guy. Purchased by cash, Black forty “liquid imagination” for management to be able to see purchase and who was working.
Lazy, incompetent staff. Not only one of them but all of them. I arrived a few minutes before closing, and despite their supposed hours until 11 pm, the staff refused to serve me. This isn't the first time either; it seems they'd rather leave early than do their job properly. I’ve been to plenty of other dispensaries where as long as I know what I want they don’t mind checking me out a few minutes before closing.
The two femmes working tonight are lovely. Great energy and compliments to my purchases is what made me buy some thing that could’ve been the same product at the Canna cabana down the road. Very sweet humans and I’m thankful for them both working the holiday Keep up the great work, the cannabis industry isn’t always rewarding but you make it worth buying from
great shop, a little far for me to travel though there staff are insightful and helpfull. the manager there Malik offered me a number of great 1/8 as well this awesome rolling paper pack called rowll which is my go to pack. this guys got all the inside info on cool and good products. 10/10
Great place and great customer service ...for traveling the 13 hours to the city and looking for a decent store being down ..I found them and will say they are great prices are amazing and customer services very respectful
