This is my go to location for a few different reasons, but the plus is the staff here are notably good vibes. The two young gentleman that are normally working are so adorable and helpful. Tonight there was an error with my transaction and they were swift to fix their mistake.
I arrived to the place 1 min before 10:55, so at 10:54, the doors were still open actually another customer followed behind me so he declined two money transactions because he claimed to be closing at 10:55 and it was a minute before and i asked if he could please take us as we already knew what we wanted and had cash ready we did not need to shop and he proceeded to listen to music and i had to knock again and he just responded saying sorry we're closed. Thats horrible customer service and work ethic, not only did he lose to money transactions but made a really bad look for the store itself by closing earlier and not taking the business, i actually ubered from home to get there and I didn't even get to purchase anything. Someone should consider this man that was working, rude ignorant and inconsiderable to customers. Not a good look will never think to put money in their pockets again and i come often cause its my closest dispensary.
Wed March 12, 2025 . Store closes at 11pm... Doors were open i walked in at exactly 10:55pm and the employee clearly showed disappointed a customer walked in and said "sorry my guy i just closed the till"(which means he started closing even before 10:55) to which I responded saying so I can not buy anything..he said ya no..then I walked out. Other employees keep the store open until 11 & i know this as I regularly come at this time. Resolve the issue of employees closing store early as i saw another review stating the same thing. You can check your cameras to confirm my statement.
the store closed early on two occasions. It’s the same employee in my experience. I have called to check and I was told they close the till early even though the store hours says open till 11. My experience otherwise has been good so I hate to give it 1 star however I will not be returning.
Not sure why I come here. Came specifically for something you had online and buddy says oh no we don’t have that - system glitch. Then asked for another one and that one wasn’t available either. Watch out for the false advertising to get you in the door only to try to upsell you. I walked out, your glitch cost you a customer
I would give them a 4-5 star as I’ve been going here for quite some time, until I went there tonight and an employee said doors automatically lock at 10:55pm. Put up a sign! Be transparent with your customers.
Asked them for their best weed and it was $50 for 3.5 grams. It had a funky taste to it and did not do the job. It was bush. Remember, this was their most expensive weed and it was doo doo. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here if u want good prices and high quality because they don’t have that
