Cancelling my subscription, this location is literally out of service 90% of the time I’m here. Esso and Circle K clearly doesn’t care as this has been ongoing for so long with no resolution. The staff here also handle these disruptions very poorly.
This circle k car wash particularly- 3400 victoria ave location is always down. No matter you go in the morning time or evening. This is not fair!!!!!! if you make the customer pay for monthly subscription and let them face this trouble not only 1 single day but everyday that shows the company do not care about the customers and only take benefits from the subscription themselves. As company should know how's all the locations are operating and if there's issue going on they should let customer know before hand or fix the issue at earliest possible. We took the monthly subscription so that we can have the car wash whenever its needed and can do to our nearest location. If we would have known that nearest location is always closed and have to go farther then we wouldn't have purchased. We are facing this issue since months and still no action been taken to fix it.
I really hope management sees this because this location is seriously hurting the Circle K / Esso brand. I pay for a monthly car wash subscription that already feels expensive, and this is the second day in a row the wash has broken down while I was in line. Yesterday it went out of service mid-queue, and today the exact same thing happened again. What makes this worse is that my subscription code only works at this location, so when it’s constantly out of service, I’m basically paying for nothing. No workaround, no alternate option, nothing. The staff on-site had no solutions and no willingness to help — just shrugged it off with a negative attitude as if this is normal. For a location that is supposed to provide a paid monthly service, the reliability and customer support are honestly unacceptable. This place needs proper maintenance, better communication, and staff who actually care. Until then, I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you expect consistency or any level of service.
The car wash app says it's open, but this car wash is out of service almost half of the year. It's very frustrating. Essos Car Wash has been the worst experience for me. Honestly, I regret getting the subscription.
