Omar, brought my mom’s 30 year old carpets back from the dead. Light coloured and smoked in the house for 2 decades. Omar and his team were on time, professional, knowledgeable and communicated very well. The job was done on time and with no mess left behind. Absolutely unprofessional!! I called the day before asking for them to squeeze me in for today, Omar said no problem I’ll reserve your time from 9-10… which he later texted me stating the time. The morning of I get a text saying he’ll be here between 10-11(which was not my allotted time) instead of asking me if that time works he decided he’ll come at that time. I didn’t say anything and just waited. Around 11:20am there was communication of him having car issues until I messaged him. I had made arrangements for my mother in law to watch the baby for me and he texted me saying he can reschedule! Like what the hell!! This is so unprofessional and I’m super disappointed and I didn’t even get a service! And then I called him and he hung up and couldn’t take accountability for the fact that he’s super unprofessional. Omar you have some skills to learn!
Omar was responsive, on time, and amazing! I walked into perfection. The two couches look new! I was also sent pictures when they finished. I wish I would have called them sooner. I HIGHLY recommend Dante’s.
