These guys do fantastic work, they brought my dead rug back to life. I highly recommend them and I would trust them with any rug work. They also have superb customer service.
the place is the worst, after 2 weeks they gave me a carpet, took it home and when I opened it I saw that the carpet was dirty, not only did they not wash it, they didn’t even vacuum it and so they gave it to me and took the money
Behrouz’s team took my very large and very expensive rug and bent it in a way that ruined it. He came back perhaps 3x and told me it would be fixed, while nothing has changed. I would strongly advise using this company for any service in which your rug is taken out of your home. Nothing was done and emails remained unanswered when he realized that it wouldn’t be fixed.
I am a client of this facility and used the service for several times however because of my recent visit I decided to write a review. They usually accept the carpets professionally and return it as clean as brand new although this time I had an ugly stain on my carpet. they asked what is it and how long ego it happened, they asked the questions to chose the proper washing liquid. they returned my carpet same as new as always, the stain was gone and all the carpet colors were the same with no issue (which was my main concern). I really recommend this facility if you want a professional carpet cleaning.
After I posted this review I was reimbursed (sent a cheque in mail). This below was the initial review. I kept it because I feel I was bribed to take it down. "I gave them 2 stars because they are really nice people with excellent customer service skills. Very pleasant to deal with. But the area rugs I picked up after wash and enzime cleaning are disgusting. One it's so dirty on the back (like they didn't rinse the dirt at all, it looks like it's still there, moved from the front to the back), the face looks ok, but the other one I see no change vs when I dropped it off for cleaning, oh yes I see something, but not good: one corner looks much dirtier than before, like the rise was stopped in that corner and didn't finish rinsing. Dog pee stain didn't go away, not even faded a bit. $300, I don't understand what I paid thisfor" much for. Sorry guys but I bet you could do a much better job!
Berouz did an excellent job removing a red wine stain from our Persian Carpet and gave it a through overall cleaning. He gives excellent service and is wonderful to deal with...a true gentleman and honest businessman. Thank you!
worst cleaning ever, the carpet i gave came back worst than it was. the white carpet i gave became yellow and they didnt even touch the small coffee stains on it
