When we were buying the owner brought carpets that he thought might meet our needs into Toronto from the Mississauga store. He did that overnight based on our admittedly vague descriptions and was spot on. When cleaning they came to the house to pick up the carpets. The carpets had deep furniture marks from heavy furniture. When they came back the marks were gone and the carpets looked like new.
