Honestly they did an amazing job on our area rug. Our dog peed on both corners so we could no longer hide it under the couch and the stains were completely removed !! So grateful✨

Very disappointed this time. We have used Turco Persian several times in the past, but this time one of our rugs was returned with a stain. We were not notified of this in any way. We ended up taking the rug somewhere else and they removed the stain.
Incredible operation and highly recommend! They did an amazing job cleaning my wool area rug. The manager was also so kind to deal with. He gave my partner and I a tour of the facility and it was so cool to see the entire process. Amazing customer service, communication and end product. 10/10 :)
