Sorry but I'm not impressed. I purchased two varieties and neither seemed fresh, both had a slimy feeling on the outside. I cut off the exterior that was sticky but found the taste underwhelming. Tossed immediately.

I recently went there to buy some cheeses for a charcuterie board. Everyone at the party loved the cheese. Highly recommended for all the cheese aficionados out there to give them a try!

Absolutely love their fresh cheese. Perfect for a summer snack on its own with honey or on mini baguette slices with tomato and basil. The St. John one is crumblier and softer whereas the Spanish fresh cheese is spongier and chewier. Both have a mellow milky taste. We kept the St. John one in the fridge for a week and it still tastes very fresh and delicious but the water drained out so it gets chewier (more similar to the Spanish fresh cheese) overtime.

Portuguese Cheese I love-it ; every morning I have my toast with this great flavor cheese ;they have a variety of cheeses all with a rich flavor and taste. When I am having my breakfast makes me thing back when I was in Portugal having that fresh taste . There are other cheeses on market ,and I Tried ; to me the cheese From Portuguese Cheese has the right flavor and taste. I love it.
