A long overdue review for Ping! She did an amazing job in alternating my wedding dress back in Sept 2023 - hemming it to the perfect length, adding the right amount of padding to the dress cups, fixing the beads, straps and mesh, stitching up the slit to fit me, and fixing up a lot of issues that I didn’t even know myself, and all were done so efficiently in two fitting appointments! Ping was also super nice during all the appointments :)
Highly recommend having your alterations done by Ping! She really took the time to make sure the dress fit right, and was very focused on ensuring that I would be happy with the alterations. You can tell she is an experienced seamstress and she takes such care and attention to detail when discussing the alterations. Extremely fast turnaround (normally I anticipate 6-8 weeks for alterations) and she had it done in one! Prices were very reasonable for Toronto and communication was easy and smooth. I will definitely be back and will recommend her to everyone!
I’m really sorry I didn’t do before and after pics of my dress because it was the ultimate “what I ordered vs what I got” and I can safely say Mrs. P worked a miracle and in a short space of time too. She was efficient and patient. My dress needed a few passes to make it wearable and she painstakingly fixed and fixed until it ended up looking better than the original. This was my first experience with Mrs. P Stitches but from booking to payment was a flawless exchange- 10/10 highly recommend everytime ?
