Calm, organized and coordinated classes. Studios are bright and airy and clean. Staff are nice. We changed from a different studio nearby and my daughters have enjoyed their time at this new studio so far!
We’ve had such a fantastic experience with Dance Academy, especially through their Parent & Tots class. From the very first day, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Miss Ivy, our daughter’s teacher, is truly exceptional — incredibly patient, nurturing, and experienced in working with young children. Her gentle guidance and joyful approach made every class something we looked forward to. The entire team at Poise, including the staff and owner, are equally impressive — always approachable, kind, and attentive to each child’s individual needs and learning style. They create a supportive, positive environment that fosters confidence and creativity in every little dancer. The year-end production was nothing short of spectacular — beautifully organized, thoughtfully executed, and a real celebration of the children’s growth and joy in dance. It felt like a professional show, and it was so special to see our child shine on stage. We are genuinely sad to part ways as our family is moving to a new location, but we will always treasure our time with Poise. My daughter has been dancing with the Poise family for ten years. Not only has she grown as a dancer under the care and guidance of the incredible director and teachers, but she has also met best friends. She loves being at the studio and being part of the team.
My daughter was at the National Ballet for many years, however, left as a result of a cold and unfriendly environment. Believing that she had lost her love for dance, she decided to take acro at Poise, to try something new. The dance environment at Poise was so positive and welcoming, after trying acro, my daughter realized that she had missed ballet and has started dancing ballet again at Poise. Linda has created a professional yet warm environment. Thanks Poise for bringing ballet back into my daughter's life!
Our daughter Diya attended hip hop classes for two terms and absolutely loved it. The instructors were very engaging, involved and encouraging. She was hesitant about dance at first but the instructors made her comfortable and she grew to enjoy it immensely. The premises are also bright and professionally managed. Highly recommended.

This is our first year at Poise after dancing at two other places in the past and my daughter absolutely loves this new studio. She loves Ms. Linda, and all her amazing teachers. In this short time that we have been with Poise, I see my daughter's dance skills, competence and confidence soar to new levels.
