The Pink Studio is my happy place! I never thought I would be back taking tap and jazz at this point. So grateful for the creative outlet! Welcoming environment, try a free class!
I have been coming here regularly for a few years now. They have a wide variety of classes. The fitness instructors keep things fresh and offer modifications during class. The dance classes are lots of fun no matter your skill level. Most importantly, they have created a warm and welcoming community space for anyone wanting to move their bodies.
I did the 2-week trial as someone who hasn’t been to a gym in years and has always disliked working out. I was drawn in by the very affordable trial price and the overall vibe of the pink studio. Flash forward a year later, and I’m now a proud “Fearless Member” (also a great deal for unlimited classes). I’m eager to get up for Zoe’s vibey yoga and Samantha’s Nia on Saturday—this one is a must-try! It’s very unique, so much fun, and Sam keeps you laughing for the full hour. Then there’s Ashton’s barre and Pilates on Sunday (another hilarious instructor). I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable here. All the staff are wonderful and kind, and I’m so happy I’ve become part of this beautiful community!
The owner here claims to offer an inclusive welcoming studio. Meanwhile, I was shamed for being skinny. Scolded for mentioning weight in the studio (I struggle to keep weight on so I was discussing my needs/muscle gains privately after class with the teacher. She listened in and interrupted my private conversation to loudly correct me). I was also made fun of me for wearing a matching workout set saying she was “far too busy to be that vain”. WOW hello judgemental, rude, and only inclusive to one body type. I went here expecting an inclusive space to support ALL body types. I appreciate that larger bodies usually aren’t as accepted in fitness spaces and it’s wonderful someone thought to address this - but it doesn’t allow you to be mean to not large body types. It works both ways. Inclusive includes every BODY. The last time I visited I left in tears I was so embarrassed and ashamed I’ve never been back.
I absolutely love The Pink Studio! The barre and Pilates classes are the perfect mix of challenge and joy, and the instructors are so knowledgeable, flexible, and welcoming. The community here is incredibly supportive and inclusive—it’s truly become my happy place. I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and genuinely uplifted. Long live The Pink ?
Try a Broadway series with Daniela! I did two so far (Chicago and Grease)--her choreography and teaching style are awesome. Learning, moving, and laughing with other members during an exhilarating 4-week series really complement the dancing. Singing along is optional; having fun is guaranteed.
5 Stars! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who knew it was my first time and gave me a quick tour. Fellow yogis were friendly and welcoming. The Feel Good Yoga class was just as described and the teacher was so kind, encouraging, and thoughtful with her words. Appreciated the dim lighting for an 8pm class.
