Female students beware: I was enjoying my classes here with no problem until out of nowhere, one of my fellow students decided to aggressively flirt with me the whole class and neg me afterwards. It was very aggressive flirting and it made me feel very objectified and disrespected, as none of it was reciprocated and I'm just here to dance. I told him that it made me uncomfortable and he did not apologize. I emailed Ania & Adam to tell them what happened, and asking if I could have accomadations to not have to dance with him, as I didn't feel comfortable with him touching me anymore. The only option they gave me was to switch the kind of dance I was taking lessons for, and offer to have "a talk" with him. Obviously I didn't want to take an entirely different style of dance than what I came here for, so I asked to have the rest of my untaken classes refunded. They refused, stating they don't offer refunds. I find this unacceptable. And I have no idea what good a talk with him would do, as I already told him that his flirting made me uncomfortable and he did not apologize. Is the comfort of your female students not important? Does this not count as an extenuating circumstance? It is a shame because I was enjoying my classes, and they asked me to fill in for a missing follower for a few classes that I wasn't enrolled in, so I thought they really valued me as a student! But this experience made me feel like just a $ and a resource to them. I genuinely think they would have only done something if he touched me inappropriately, but it was all verbal. Sad and disappointed.

Absolutely amazing and fun experience! Our dance lessons with Adam were one of the best parts of our wedding preparation. Adam tailored the lessons, made sure to go at our pace, spliced our song, and encouraged us to go outside of our comfort-zones. He was accommodating and easy to work with - would highly recommend to any couple thinking of doing a first dance. Starting from the group lesson to our private sessions, it was all worth it! We'll be coming back for more!

Adam from Toronto dance spot was amazing. He didn’t just teach and help choreograph our wedding dance, he really went above and beyond and made it a really fun experience we will remember forever. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been attending dance classes at Toronto Dance Spot for the past few weeks, and I absolutely love it! The energy in the studio is amazing — everyone is so welcoming and supportive. I’m currently taking Salsa, Bachata, and Rumba classes with Adam and Ania, and they’re such fantastic teachers — patient, clear, and they make every class so much fun. I’ve already noticed my confidence and skills improving, and I’ve signed up for the next session! One of my favourite parts is that at the end of each class, Adam and Ania always review the dance and let us record it. It’s super helpful to watch it at home and keep practicing between classes. If you’re looking for a great dance spot in Toronto where you can learn, move, and have a great time, I highly recommend checking this place out!

I took a starter course for West Coast Swing and had an absolute blast! Adam and Ania bring such amazing energy to every class, making the experience incredibly fun and welcoming. I joined solo with very little prior knowledge of this dance form, and neither of those were a problem. Highly recommend for anyone looking to dive in and have a great time!

Adam helped my wife and I with our first dance for our wedding. He came up with an amazing routine for us and we were able to execute! Made my pathetic dancing look like I had been doing it for years.

I'm really impressed by how easy it was to start my dancing activities with Adam and Ania. Their General Dance classes introduced me to the world of dancing and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. They create such a welcoming and supportive environment that even as a complete beginner, I felt encouraged and motivated. Their clear instruction, positive energy, and passion for dance truly shine through. I highly recommend attending their classes, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced dancer.
