The professional staff are amazing. Whatever is needed, they explain it in a clear concise way. Highly recommend.
I've been a loyal client of Dr. Carroll and Compass Derm for about 8 years and I have only ever had 5-star service. The entire team is lovely, helpful, pleasant. Dr. Carroll is an expert in her field, I always leave happy with my experience and the results, which is saying a lot in this day and age. Compass understands service, they understand their customers and I have always been treated with utmost respect and professionalism. I am especially appreciative of the medical attention I've received when I've had issues or concerns of any kind. That is where they truly reveal who they are - when you get a scary mole! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I didn’t want any more time to pass before I gave a loud shout out to Dr. Redlick at Compass dermatology. For a number of years, I had been going to see Dr Redlick for annual checkups and last year, she noticed a spot on my face that she said didn’t look right and although she was very busy, she took the extra time to take a sample for analysis. Turns out it was cancerous and within weeks, I was in a specialist office having this removed. They did a fantastic job and were able to remove everything quickly and with almost no scaring. I am so thankful for her wonderful care and attention. She is always pleasant and cares for her clients. I went back again today and, to ere on the side of caution she removed another small discoloured mark on my arm that she said was likely fine but didn’t want to chance it. We always seem to hear the bad stuff about Dr. and our health care and I think we need to change this. Dr Redlick is awesome and a great doctor. Thank you
Dr Cooke has been my dermatologist since I started to do Botox 3 years ago. I was petrified to get started but she and her professional and friendly staff put me at ease immediately. I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I was with the results. Everyone told me how fresh I look but nobody guessed Botox because it looked completely natural! I have inquired about having different procedures and have always received detailed explanations with absolutely no pressure to buy. This week I was particularly impressed: my teenager has a terrible case of the most depressing acne and his dermatologist has closed shop. I explained his predicament to the staff- and they actually squeezed him and he is going to be seen by Dr Cooke in the next few days. I have no doubt her roster full-but they empathized with his teenage acne angst..and for this I will always be grateful! I have also purchased a few skin care products from the office and have been extremely pleased with their efficacy. They do not steer you wrong, you can definitely trust the advice of the office managers- they know and use the products. I particularly liked their Retinol cream and lightly tinted sunscreen- excellent products! If you are looking for a professional office with a friendly approach, Compass Dermatoloy and Dr Cooke is your place!
I rarely complete reviews because I have little time or if the service is poor I forgive easily. This is the second time I have been to this clinic and both time were sadly very disappointing. Dr Lui treated me both times. While the reception personal are lively and welcoming when I was seen by Dr Lui She was not attentive at all. Took only a quick glance at what I was worried about and rushed me out as quickly as possible with zero interest in me as a patient. I am always a pleasant and considerate patient and her interaction with me seemed uncaring and dismissive . In total after waiting 4 months for this appointment she spent less than 2 minutes, rushing out the door and seeming much too busy to discuss or explain what she had diagnosed. I will never go back there. Shame on Dr Lui. The Hippocratic Oath seems to be lost on her.
Dr. Cook is absolutely fantastic! She’s very kind and an expert in her field. I had an amazing experience with her. I highly recommend her and her clinic to anyone looking to address any dermatological concerns.
Dr. Julia Carroll is fantastic—thorough, professional, and reassuring. I see her yearly to check my many moles, and her attention to detail gives me real peace of mind. Grateful to be in such good hands.
