It’s impossible to get ahold of their office. I’ve made multiple attempts to call the office during their hours of operation, on different days and at different times and nobody ever picks up. It goes straight to an answering machine that is unable to take voicemails. It’s incredibly frustrating especially when you’re trying to reschedule your appointment and there’s no other way to speak to a receptionist. Dr. Shapero is nice and I usually don’t have to wait too long in the waiting room to be seen when I have an appointment. They also validate parking which is nice. It would just be great if speaking to a receptionist and being able to reschedule an appointment weren’t such a hassle.
this doctor is not the best but ok....he refuse to see you after one year.....and don't want to repeat test ..and form his own opinion....when you try to explain what happen ...does not know how to test for SCABIES.....WHICH IS SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED ...SCABIES CAN BE MISTAKEN FOR DUST MITES...OR SKIN BACTERIA...some people can have a lot and some people can have a little....not like those pic they have on internet ...where its all over your skin.....those pic ..were taken a long time in the ancient...days doctors nowadays needs to use their common sense ...you don't always have to go by the book ... read between the lines...doc.
Cold and dismissive doctor, referred me to a plastic surgeon for something that he could used cryotherapy for in the office. Went to see another dermatologist instead and they resolved the issue in seconds. Receptionist here is also rude. Would not recommend going here.

Kudo's for your practice. Staff and Dr. Shapero were efficient as I arrived quite early and was scheduled for my scheduled appointment/check-up so in and out in less than half an hour.
