An amazing doggy daycare and boarding facility! They really care about the dogs and provide personal attention. During a recent boarding while we were on vacation, our dog became sick (not because of anything Kyon did). We organized a visit to our vet through excellent communication with the KYON staff, they administered the needed medication, and they even took him to their private home overnight so he would be more comfortable, and to avoid contact with the other dogs while he got better. We were very grateful that our dog got such great attention, allowing us to continue our vacation knowing he was in good hands. I would not hesitate to recommend KYON to other dog owners.
We’ve been bringing our dog, Finn, to Kyon for about a year now, and it’s been such a positive experience. He’s more social and clearly loves his time there. The team is caring and dedicated. They regularly post stories on Instagram so we can see what Finn is up to during the day, which we always look forward to. We boarded Finn with Kyon over our wedding weekend and while we were on vacation and had total peace of mind knowing he was safe, happy, and well cared for. It made a huge difference being able to enjoy the weekend and while we were away without any worry. We originally found Kyon through a friend’s recommendation, and we’re so glad we followed their advice. Kyon has become part of Finn’s routine - and ours. We could not recommend Kyon more!!
Heard of this business on Facebook as I was looking for somewhere to take my dog Paisley - we’ve used the daycare roughly 15 times already and holy moly, Paisley is bursting with excitement every time we pull up. Staff are awesome, and I love the constant updates on the Instagram story to see all the dogs playing and having fun! Been a lifesaver on busy days - it brings a lot of peace of mind knowing your pooch is in good hands. Thank you KYON and their staff!
We have been taking Murphy to KYON for well over a year at this point, and every time we turn onto Eglinton, he gets SO excited knowing we are taking him there. The staff is super attentive and responsive. I love that they take them for several structured walks and naps daily, and that there is always someone there with the dogs for overnight boarding. We have needed to board Murphy several times, for both short and longer periods, and I know he is always well cared for. They send daily pictures in addition to the fun daily videos on Instagram. I appreciate that it is a smaller, family run business, because Murphy does get more attentive care then. Thank you KYON! ❤️
We’ve been bringing our 7-month-old puppy to daycare at Kyon for over a month now and couldn’t be happier with the service. Our pup always comes home tired and in good spirits from her playing and walks. Sophia continues to encourage good manners from our exuberant puppy, and is a kind face every morning. It’s so clear that our pup loves daycare, and that Sophia is passionate about providing safe, enriching, and fun care.
