I ordered 50 donuts pack for delivery which took about 30 mins to arrive. it was my first time trying them. found them doughy, mushy and greasy and no crust. not a big fan. very pricy and was disappointed. maybe people liked them because they ate when they were hot and fresh.

I am a COPs day 1 fan. Ordered a 36 pc yesterday, donuts were made with old oil (can taste it). The icing was way less than normal. Felt like I was eating old oil in the end. $37 after tax for 36 mini donuts - I expect better.

These are delicious, melt in your mouth, amazing doughnuts. I am not a huge doughnut fan but these were reallllly good. They have two standard flavours - sour cream and cinnamon sugar, which are both perfect. They also have a third, rotating, flavour of the week. Highly recommend you try both of the standard flavours!!!!

Friend gave me some donuts and they were good. Went to purchase some weeks later and they don't accept cash. I don't support a brick and mortar business that refuses cash.

I officially have to move because these hot fresh donuts are addicting and it's become a problem in my life, 11/10 would eat a billion of these donuts again

COPS Donuts, how good!!! Heard good things, didn’t believe the hype… I was v, v wrong. These donuts slap so hard. Stop whatever you’re doing and go get a box of 18! Don’t get 12, don’t get 6.. GET 18!

I meant to write this review a while ago. This happened a while ago. I think it's really important for safety reasons. I came to the new location and ordered a box of 18. I waited a really long time which was fine although I waited much longer than some people that came after me with smaller orders. The issue is the person at the desk made a mistake and gave my order to someone else. The other customer got 6 donuts. The server realized her mistake and was able to get my box from the lady as she was parked right outside. The server then proceeded to take the box and put a donut back as i think the lady who took my order ate some and then try to give me the box she just retrieved. I was shocked! She didn't know that i saw all of it and tried to give me the donuts that another customer had touched. I immediately told her I saw what happened and that I wanted a fresh one. She did, but this was not okay, safe and sanitary. If you make a mistake, own it and take your time to explain it to the customer and start from scratch. I would have appreciated that so much more. Definitely turned me off from this location. I haven't been back since and still feel hesitant to return. Please don't do this again. Mistakes happen. You can afford to remake it. Risk my health was not okay.
