We got the 12 pack with cinnamon base and the Nutella dip. The Nutella dip is terrible and tastes chemically. The donuts are good but nothing special especially for a dollar a piece. Save your money.

The customer service is awful... they are uninterested just refer you to the self-service kiosk which then prompts you for a tip... the donuts are small unless you're an influencer or friends with the staff. The people ahead of me knew the staff and got extra donuts and dips. The amount of wasted dough the staff get through before getting proper donuts is so awful. Won't be buying from here again.

One person was left working on her own and had zero urgency. For an order of 12 doughnuts, we waited 45 min and missed out train. It was brutal. No apologies were made and we were told no refunds were available.

Ordered the Bucket of 72 donuts for my family and was impressed at the quality, taste, and customer service! My favourite dunks have got to be the vanilla bean and cookie dough but the "hidden" flavours are also creative and delicious. Next time I travel out of the city, I'll be sure to grab another bucket

Subpar doughnuts and horrible service, the person working was rude and did not care about serving us, she had mentioned that they ran out of salted caramel and asked me what other sauces I would want without providing me the options. She slammed my order down and ignored me, thinking she would not give me the sauce I had paid for. At the time it was also unclean, napkins empty, missing forks.

A bit on a pricey side compared to Tiny Toms but they are so good. They make the donuts fresh and placed it in a box with a sauce option. I highly recommend getting a cinammon sugar and the maple butter dip!

Mid donuts, tastes ok, definitely not worth the price . Some donuts still tasted a bit like flour/raw flour. Dips were good but the cookie butter was impossible to dip (too cold). Stick with the OG mini donuts - Cops. much better and cheaper too. A shame as this is a great location

Thank you for your feedback, Sodamar. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the donuts but are sorry to learn that the Nutella dip did not meet your expectations.
