The customer service was great! The server told me about the special for the day. The original would always be the best. The other ones were just too sweet. Creative but too sweet, almost no taste just sugar.
Very busy location but the donuts are so yummy the service was amazing very polite and respectful. The sad part is when you run out of donuts and all your left with is the picture ahaha but once you try this place your going to want to bring them to your holiday events and I bought ice coffee to pair it with my donuts I ate 3 omg ahaha
We ordered the mini donuts for our son’s birthday party and they were a hit! Staff were super friendly and gave us a bunch of the Krispy Kreme paper hats for the kids to wear. The kids loved it and it made for some great pictures 5/5 recommend this location and the minis for parties - regardless of age, grab the hats too and take some fun pics
One of the employees called me to make sure I got the Krispy cream Halloween assorted as they were sold out and he told me he would called me when they arrive and he did. I very much appreciate it since it is for kids and I didn't want to come empty handed for donuts which they love. So thank you for the employee who called me to tell me donuts were ready. Much appreciated.
The customer service is amazing, and the music playing (Lisa Loeb “I do”) takes you back 30 years to when Krispy Kreme was at its prime. The vibe today is priceless.

This is for the red haired mature woman who works at the Jane and Bloor location: you donot over engage with one customer, hug, laugh, and have a full out conversation for extended period of times while other customers are waiting. We Mmmm are equally important as any other customer, you’re working so learn the difference between providing proper customer service across the board, and having a “friends” catch up while on the JOB!
