I want to highlight that the front-desk staff were extremely professional and courteous. I truly appreciated their attitude and efficiency. However, the overall test-day experience did not meet the standards expected from an official IELTS centre. My Speaking test was scheduled for 10:20 AM, but the examiner arrived nearly 40 minutes late, leading to a significant delay for all the morning candidates. Candidates are required to arrive 20 minutes early, and even being 1 minute late leads to cancellation with no refund. It is difficult to accept that only candidates are held to such strict standards. When the examiner Ruba finally arrived, she was visibly flustered—fidgeting constantly, adjusting her clothes, and speaking unusually fast. It was clear she had not settled from her own lateness, and this affected the test atmosphere. My most recent Speaking score in May was 8.0, while this time it dropped to 6.5. Given the circumstances, it is reasonable to question whether the testing environment contributed to this discrepancy. I submitted a formal complaint, but was told the examiner’s behaviour was “reasonable” and her delay “understandable.” For a high-stakes exam, this response feels inconsistent and inadequate. I hope the centre seriously reviews these issues and ensures a fair, stable, and professional testing environment for future candidates.
Me and my friends went there for ielts exam on 18 may literally speaking examiner was sleeping whole time she was asking same weird questions again and again without listning i have to spoke louder to wake her up worried abou my scores of speaking because she has no intrest in listning our answers she just sleeping whole time
I had my CFP test here. It's only offered 3 times per year. No one is here for the exam proctoring. Very stressful situation that could have been avoided. My advice if you have this testing center on your ticket avoid it, change the location anything but this.

I booked my IELTS exam and they sent me an email asking to send my Photo ID. I sent them on June 22nd but there is still no response.My IELTS test status is still showing awaiting approval but I am not getting any response from them by Email.
After having bad experience of IELTS testing in some other private test centers and some private colleges, I chose this location with the hope that they are more professional than other institutions. That proved to be right. Examiners in this site are professional and impartial. Speaking test was great with very cooperative examiner and my writing essays were marked professionally. I recommend this site to anyone who are thinking of taking their language test.
