Leave logical reviews. I'm looking for reviews about exam preparation at that school, and I only see illogical reviews from people who want to pass an exam with a score of 10 and don't even know what an exam is like or what documents are needed. illogical reviews I didn't bring my passport and they wouldn't let me take the exam. That's obvious! You can't take an official exam without ID. Others say there are disturbances. Of course, there are more than 10 people. It's logical that they should speak when it's time to speak. They can't wait for you to finish and the others to start. Another illogical comment.
I had a truly positive experience today while taking my CELPIP test. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the center were kind, attentive, and professional. They made sure everyone understood the instructions and rules clearly, which helped reduce unnecessary stress. The environment itself was very clean, well-organized, and felt carefully prepared to ensure fairness for all test takers. Everything ran smoothly, without confusion or interruptions, which gave me confidence that I was being tested under the right conditions. I had come across several negative comments about this test center beforehand, but I can honestly say those concerns did not match my experience at all. What I saw was a team that genuinely made an effort to provide a supportive and fair environment, and I left with a very good impression. On a more general note, I personally feel that CELPIP as a test is easier and more fair than IELTS. The format felt more natural and practical, and the way the tasks are structured allowed me to demonstrate my abilities without unnecessary complications. In my opinion, CELPIP provides a clearer and more balanced evaluation. I sincerely want to thank the entire team working at the center for their professionalism and for making this process as smooth and respectful as possible. It is clear they care about providing a positive experience, and I really appreciate the effort they put into ensuring fairness and clarity for all candidates.
During the examination, I encountered several disturbances that significantly affected my performance. There were multiple individuals speaking loudly, which was particularly distracting during the speaking and reading components of the test. Additionally, a mobile phone rang during the listening section, further impacting the exam atmosphere. Although I brought these issues to the attention of the supervisor, and some attempts were made to address the noise, such as asking individuals to lower their voices. However, the overall situation remained unchanged. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure a more conducive and distraction-free environment for future test-takers. Overall, this affected my score and the experience was really disappointing. Even after this incident, I have emailed and tried to call paragon for updating my concern for this experience. but didn’t get any reply from service centre. My celpip results were delayed by 5 days and the guy told me I would get them between 1-3 days. 3 days has passed and nothing yet. I’m calling very often and they don’t answer anymore, I have sent email and nothing. I need my results ASAP
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. The people at the test centre were great, the setup feels private enough to be able to focus. You get provided earmuffs in case you really want to be in your head. As long you respect their posted rules and policies on cancelations, or end up booking the wrong test/time. You should have a good experience.
Please don’t go with negative reviews. I recently took the CELPIP exam at this exam center and I am happy to say that I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and they made sure that the entire process ran smoothly. The exam center itself was well-maintained and had all the necessary facilities. The exam rooms were also spacious and well-lit, which helped to reduce any potential stress or anxiety during the exam. What impressed me the most was the level of organization and attention to detail that was evident throughout the entire exam process. From the instructions given during the orientation session to the way the exam were handled, everything was done in a very professional and efficient manner. They canceled my test without refunding my money OR allowing me to get another day. Customer service: when I called them, not listened same like if you want to go ahead that is fine , if not , please hit your head on that wall !
