Lovely place with delicious food, cute interiors, and kind service. Portions are generous - I highly recommend the shareable two-person meat & veggie platter. This is exactly the kind of place Toronto needs more of!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented on fresh, spongy injera with a wide variety of flavorful dishes to try. Every bite was full of rich taste, from the spiced stews to the veggies and perfectly cooked sides. The platter was generous and colorful, making it perfect for sharing, and it really captured the warmth of Ethiopian cuisine. The injera was soft and tangy, just the way it should be, and paired perfectly with all the dishes. On top of that, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. You can really feel the love and care that goes into both the food and the hospitality. Saba was an excellent server. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about every detail. She made us very comfortable at her restaurant Attended to our every needs while we’re enjoying our meal. The price was awesome . The food was delicious. Would definitely go many times. 5 stars to Saba and her restaurant
Absolutely incredible experience! The food was authentic and delicious, and Saba went above and beyond to guide us through the menu, introducing us to the rich flavors of Ethiopian cuisine. Her warm and friendly conversation made the meal even more enjoyable. This has quickly become my favorite spot in the neighborhood—highly recommend!
Absolutely the tastiest food! Such a pleasant place. Can't wait to return many more times 2 years later and this place's quality hasn't wavered one bit. Still one of my favorite restaurants in the city!
Second time eating there and while the first was wonderful, the lamb I ordered this time was really tough and also tasted more like beef. Sad because I was really excited to have good lamb after a long time :/
