These guys quoted my dad $5,000 for a rebuild of an essentially brand new fire place that wasn’t working after charging him $1,000 a year prior to “fix” the problem. We got a second opinion because $5,000 seemed excessive - the second opinion fixed the problem for $200.
I had such a great experience with The Fireplace Experts. Colin, our technician, arrived right on time and immediately impressed me with how knowledgeable and focused he was. He carefully took apart the fireplace, removed the rocks, checked for spiders, and made sure everything was cleaned and working perfectly. He also updated our remote so it’s much more responsive now. I’m very satisfied with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to call this company again. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of Fireplace Experts. It was the third company we called to fix our fireplace. Lev was the only person who could figure out the problem and get our fireplace working again. Lev was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us how to maintain our fireplaces, particularly during the warmer months. Anytime we have an issue with one of our fireplaces Lev is the only person we will use.
