Utterly un reliable service! Do not purchase from this store if you want have a working fireplace for the winter months. It takes three months to arrange for service for a fireplace installed by this company!!!
We can always count on Fireplace to respond to any questions or problems we have. They make the effort to understand the problem and resolve it in an efficient way. They are always friendly and very patient with providing information and instructions in a manner I can understand and do when they are not around. We have been using their services for the past ten years and are always satisfied with the work.
We purchased an Amanti electric fireplace for our family room from the Fireplace Shop. Unfortunately the heater fan was unacceptably noisy: Rupauk came to our house and agreed that it was too loud. He contacted Amanti a number of times and made two additional trips to our house with a technician until the issue was fully resolved . Rupauk was diligent and extremely pleasant to deal with. We are now completely happy with the product and the excellent service
I have used this company before and I was always satisfied with their services. Today I spoke to one of the service people about a noise in one of my fire places. He suggested it could be the attached fan that caused the problem. I asked him if he could come by to check it out and repair it. His answer was that for the initial visit he would charge $ 195.--. In case of replacing a part he would charge again $ 195,-- plus the cost of the part. I was quite shocked and I told him I could not recall him being so expensive. He agreed that his prices went up a little. Well, I checked my last invoice which dates from less than a year ago. It turns out their prices went up by 30%. He calls that: a little. I call that: 'way to much'!!
