I’ve loved my experience at OT so far! The classes offer a great balance between strength and cardio, with the flexibility to focus on either. The high-energy vibe and the monitor keep me motivated to hit different intensity zones each class. After a few months of consistency, I look forward to this fun, one-hour workout every day!
OTF Younge and Bloor is My favourite club in Toronto. And yes, it is a Club. Much more than just a place to workout, it is a place to connect with people and build such a healthy community to be part of. Thank you members, staff and coaches.
I absolutely love my experience at OrangeTheory Fitness! The studio’s location is super convenient—it’s right near my workplace, which makes it easy to squeeze in a workout before or after the office (or even during lunch breaks). The coaches are incredibly friendly and motivating. They take the time to learn your name, correct your form, and push you to hit your personal best in every class. The atmosphere is always positive and energetic, which really helps keep me consistent. What I love most is that I’ve actually seen real, visible results since joining. The combination of cardio and strength training, plus tracking my heart rate during workouts, has helped me improve my endurance and tone up faster than I expected. If you’re looking for a fun, supportive environment and real progress, I highly recommend giving OrangeTheory a try!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Orangetheory! The Dri Tri event was amazing challenging but fun ??. The coaches and staff are super motivating and the community vibe makes it even better. Definitely one of my favourite places to train! ?
Before I first started coming to OTF I absolutely hated running, jogging, and sprinting. I was more of a power walker. I was that girl who was too afraid of losing muscle due to “too much cardio” it never happened btw?? For someone like me who is not a runner and just dislikes running/jogging in general, just know: something awesome happens @ OTF, then after hundreds of classes later, you get stronger, faster, you are able to tolerate running at even longer distances, you look forward to the all outs, the orange lights, the great music, the motivation, staying in the orange zone, and the splat points! I love OTF. Sometimes going to the gym gets so boring and you need an OTF class! You definitely burn a s#?! load of calories and feel strong afterwards. It’s great therapy! ??? Great studio, very clean, lockers (bring your own lock), right by bloor-Yonge subway station. ?? I would love to try an Orange strength class one day ?
I’ve had an unlimited membership for a year, and I’m very happy with it. If you’re looking to stay active, get in great shape, and meet new friends, this is the perfect place for you. There are plenty of classes throughout the day and exciting challenges to keep you motivated. Even if you feel like being lazy, you won’t be able to! I love that Orangetheory lets me see my progress through the app and heart rate zones, it’s super motivating. Plus, I enjoy the variety in the classes. I like having the option to focus more on cardio, strength, or a mix depending on how I feel that day.
Orange theory Yonge and bloor is a great gym with excellent staff- it feels very personal and I always get a great workout- shoutout to all the coaches who keep the group motivated! Highly recommend if you are looking for a great workout with an even better atmosphere!
