This review is long overdue but here it is!! Sarah has made such a difference in my life as my trainer (and someone who I am now lucky to call my friend!) I have had multiple concussions / some significant injuries and she has helped me safely get stronger and become more confident in my body and myself. She is truly one of a kind and her energy and care is rare and special. I am so grateful that our paths have crossed and anyone would be lucky to train with her. Thank you, Sarah!!
30 min, 2 x a week! A quick, intense and effective way to maintain and gain strength. Gabe is the Best at making sure you have the right form and get the results I want. Highly Recommend!
Gabriel is the best! He’s motivating, knowledgeable, and does a great job tailoring the workouts to my specific needs. I’m stronger and doing heavier weights than I ever thought possible. If you want a trainer who truly cares about your progress, Gabriel’s the one!
I've had a really great experience training at MedX, thanks to the phenomenal team of trainers. When I first started 3 years ago I had never done any resistance training so was a bit apprehensive. Stevie was outstanding while he was there, bringing a mix of expertise and motivation that made every session worthwhile. Since his departure, Luca has seamlessly taken over, continuing to push me toward my fitness goals with enthusiasm and skill. I've also had the privilege of working with Sarah and Gabe a few times, both of whom bring their own unique strengths and energy to the training experience. Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication make MedX Gym a perfect place for anyone at any level looking to improve their strength and fitness. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience working out with the team at MedXPF. While I did 2 days a week, I saw results and most importantly the trainers are all 100% attentive and focused on your every move and helping you achieve your goals. Not only do they focus on safety and form, but they also work to push you beyond your comfort zone and push you to areas where you didn't think you could achieve. Strongly encourage anyone looking to make a change and make a difference to consider the team and experience there.
This is by far the worst clinic I have ever been too. All their 5 star reviews are fake. They cancel appointments at the last min all the time wasting patients time. Their “physiotherapists” especially ankrita has no idea what she is doing. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS.
I’ve been going to Medx once a week for the past year and a half, and my experiences have only been positive. It is a clean, safe, and results driven state-of-the-art facility that implements a scientifically proven approach to working out. Each session lasts about 15-20 minutes, and their tracking system allows you to see how much you improve week-to-week. Trust me: go prepared to work hard for that short time period and you will, without a shadow of a doubt, see improvement. If your value your time, and health is a priority - do yourself a favor and go check it out.
