Cashier not polite and ignored me, spoke disrespectfully, refused to provide receipt. I want management to address the behavior and improve customer service.
This gas station gas meter is rigged. My gas fills at 44 Regular gas. Today when I fill up full tank it is 52 Liters to fill up the tank. Making 7 to 8 dollar per fillup.
I visited the gas station on June 8, 2025, around 1:48 PM to fill up gas in my car. Unfortunately, my CIBC card did not work at the pump, and I approached the staff for assistance. I spoke to a staff member named Mr. Jeyan at the stock bar, and instead of checking the machine or offering help, he immediately said, “Your card has a problem.” I found his attitude dismissive and unprofessional. It’s possible there was a machine issue, but he showed no interest in helping or investigating. I believe the owner should provide proper customer service training to the staff, especially on how to speak respectfully to customers. Different people come with different issues, and employees should be trained to handle situations calmly without jumping to conclusions or creating arguments. You can check your CCTV footage from 1:48 PM to see how Mr. Jeyan handled the conversation. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures customers are treated with more courtesy in the future. Thank you

Worst place for any service. Filled up the fuel then ask for to use washroom said you didn’t buy anything. Then said washroom is out of service. Is it what we deal with gas station service?
I wish I could have give here 0 stars, i work in Toronto york area and i put gas from this pump everytime bt i think nobody should come here asthe guy in afternoon speaks rude and never opened washroom for customers, its my 3rd time in this week and he always says its out of service
Called to ask if there tire air fill up station would be able to fill up my bike. Worker called me an idiot for thinking that, even though my colleagues use it for that reason.
